Hungarian Bélés Pastries

My Mother's (Margaret Walter) Hungarian Bélés Pastries

6 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 T sugar
1 lb margerine
4 egg yolks
1/2 pint sour cream
1 package yeast
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

 

Mix yeast & sour cream. Combine all other ingredients. Form into balls.

Refrigerate.

Roll out and cut into triangles. Fill with apricot or nut filling. Roll into crescents.

Bake at 350 about 10 minutes.

Cool.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
